Multiple choice

Question with 2-6 different answer choices. Participants send a letter corresponding to their favourite answer to the SMS code


Yes / No

Simple question with only two answer choices. Participants send a letter Y or letter N to the SMS code


Numerical

Custom solution where the answer is a numerical value. Participants send a number to the short code and the system calculates the average, which is displayed on screen. The answer also affects the corresponding chart.

Which event are you?

Major events: custom solution with on-site service

Mobi participates actively in all stages of preparation to ensure the perfection of every little detail. This includes the preparation of an unique layout designed specifically for the event. Before and during an event, Mobi representative is present at the event place. This package is suitable for major events with over 200 participants. Notification time: at least 3 weeks in advance.

Mid-size events: custom solution with remote service

Mobi prepares a custom layout specifically for the event, and instructs the event organizer on how to use it. The main difference with the major event package is that the Mobi representative is not physically present at an event, but available remotely. This package is most suitable with mid-sized events with 50-200 participants. Notification time: 1-2 weeks in advance.

Smaller events: standard solution with remote service

In this package, two standard versions of the poll can can be used – a multiple choice question with 3-5 answers and a simple question with a yes/no answer. Mobi representative is present over the phone and e-mail to assist. This solution is suited for smaller or regular events. Notification: 2-3 days in advance.

Requirements

To make the usage of SMS-poll as easy as possible for event organizer, Mobi takes care of the majority of aspects of the preparation  process. Some things, however, are left to the event organizer. These things are:
