Rain Rannu

Founder, Member of the Board, Head of Business Development

Rain is responsible for company's strategic and new business development, as well as international projects. As founder of Mobi, Rain has been involved in mobile industry for over 8 years. Rain has also worked in several innovative enterprises in the fields of sales, web development and project consulting. Rain has an MBA degree in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from the University of Tartu. Besides spending time with his family, Rain likes to travel, read, listen to good music and run a marathon each year.

Linnar Viik

Partner, visionary

Linnar is responsible for strategic development & long-term vision in Mobi. Linnar is an Associate professor of intellectual capital theory in Estonian IT College and member of the Boards of several mobile communications, broadband and software companies. Former advisor to the Prime Minister of Estonia on ICT. Previously Vice-President and Head of Product Development, TELE2. Member of the international jury of the Stockholm Challenge and Roma Global Junior Challenge. M.Sc. and post-graduate studies in International Economy, Helsinki University.

Lauri Kinkar

Member of the Board, Head of Sales

Lauri started out as a project manager in 2002 and now manages the sales team for Mobi Solutions. Also, country management for Latvia and Lithuania falls under Lauri's responsibility. Lauri has studied classical guitar and has been involved in several experimental rock bands as a percussionist. His passion is ice-hockey but lately a lot of Lauri's spare time is spent riding a motocross cycle.

Veljo Otsason

Founder, Member of the Board, CTO

As chief techical officer, Veljo is responsible for developing the technological competence of the company. Prior to joining Mobi Solutions, Veljo was responsible for the launch of the first commercial investment portal in Estonia (Investor.ee), as well as managed the development of PriceWaterhouseCoopers corporate portal. Veljo has studied technology and computer scinece in BA and MSc level at the University of Tartu and MSc level at the University of Toronto, Canada. Veljo likes windsurfing and sky-diving.

Mārcis Jurisons

Member of the Board of Mobi Solutions SIA, Country Manager of Latvia.

Mārcis joined Mobi in 2005. His responsibilities include management of Mobi's Latvian office, client accounts and projects. Mārcis have studied the Management and International Business in Riga. His leisure time is spent doing sports - anything from snowboarding to motor sports.

Janek Pello

Founder, Partner, Head of Services

Janek is responsibile for the seamless functioning of Mobi services & development of Mobi services infrastructure, including partner relations. Before joining Mobi in 2001, Janek was active with expanding knowledge of mobile devices and services and mastering Flash. In his spare time, Janek likes to do sports: anything ranging from rally to flying fresbee, but most often basketball and football.
